The company was established initially in November 1989 and traded as Premier Fire Protection (Qld) until the fire business unit was sold in November 2007. GM Fire was re-established as a Fire Protection Contracting business in November 2016. Prior to the sale of the business in 2007 the company had an annual turnover exceeding $12
million and employed in excess of 60 staff and contractors.
The company now operates as a low overhead, low cost, high quality fire contractor utilising years of experience in the construction industry. Our objective is to maintain a business which is able to provide our clients with direct access to our management team. In that way we ensure projects are completed on time using our ability to personally review each stage from design through to commissioning.
We have no limit to the total value of a project, but we now undertake a smaller number of projects at any one time.
